Shipping Insurance
All our wines are transported with adequate packing and covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in case of breakage or loss during the order transportation , at no additional cost to the buyer.
If the wine is stolen or lost as a result of fire or theft during shipping , we will ship back the goods ordered.
Packaging
For the transport we only use packaging to ensure maximum safety in case of accidental falls and bumps. At the same time they provide excellent protection against sudden temperature changes. They are made with 100% recyclable material.
Delivery
The products are assigned to the carrier Bartolini within 48 hours of the order (excluding Saturday and Sunday) and then delivered within 24/48h (for Italy). You may experience delivery delays due to bad weather, strikes and delivery areas uncomfortable .
