This sparkling wine highlights all the characteristics and complexity of Morus. The most important of the sparkling wines produced by the cellar and a sincere expression of the mountain vineyards. With great mineral complexity and an imposing structure, it is a sparkling wine capable of defying time. The foam is creamy with fine and continuous perlage, the color is straw yellow with golden reflections. A classy wine, fresh, soft and almondy, with aromas of bread crust and golden apple.
