Description

The varieties of olives from which it originates are Grignano and Favarol, harvested in the hilly areas north of Verona. The processing process takes place in modern continuous cycle and temperature-controlled systems capable of preserving all the qualitative characteristics of the olives during extraction. The acidity is less than 0.3%.
