Production area: young vineyard at 480 m a.s.l.
Soil type: medium calcareous mixture.
Training system: Guyot.
Harvest: second decade of August grapes harvested by hand.
Vinification: destemming, cryomaceration 12 hours, soft pressing, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks for 10 days at a controlled temperature, refining sur lies 6 months before bottling.
View: straw yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: opens with a fine and clear aroma expressing itself in a good complexity typical of the variety in which citrus notes, acacia honey and typical floral scents emerge, in the background spicy aromas of white pepper and currant emerge.
Taste: on the palate the fruity part maintains maturity and sweetness well supported by good flavor and acidity. At the end of the tasting hydrocarbon notes stand out destined to increase in intensity with the aging of the wine.
