Potato pearls made with 5% more durum wheat semolina than the traditional recipe, which gives a better texture to the pearl making it even softer and more full-bodied.

Ingredients: 70% rehydrated potatoes (water, potato flakes), type “00” soft wheat flour, potato starch, 5% durum wheat semolina, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator, preservative: sorbic acid, flavor natural. Contains gluten.
They go well with all sauces, both white and red, accompanied by a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil.
