Tipologia di terreno: medio impasto argilloso

Vendemmia: seconda decade di settembre, uve raccolte manualmente.

Vinificazione: Diraspapigiatura, fermentazione con lieviti indigeni e macerazione in  vasche inox per 14 giorni a 24°C, svinatura, affinamento 6 mesi per metà in vasche di cemento e metà in botti di rovere francese cui segue breve elevazione in bottiglia.

Vinification: Destemming, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration in stainless steel tanks for 14 days at 24 ° C, racking, refining 6 months, half in concrete tanks and half in French oak barrels followed by a short elevation in the bottle.
