Horus Picolit Venezia Giulia IGT lt 0,375 Russiz Superiore
€32,30 VAT included
Marco Felluga’s Horus Picolit comes from grapes left to dry in the vineyard and harvested manually at the end of October. The grapes are then placed in boxes to continue withering in the cellar. After destemming, the mass undergoes a cold maceration for a few hours before pressing. The must ferments in oak barrels for about 30 days. The wine then rests on the lees for 3 years and another year in the bottle. Horus is a wine with a vivid yellow color with golden hues that should be savored slowly in order to first appreciate the intense aromas of ripe and dried fruit with notes of chestnut and honey, quince and apricot jam, and then immerse yourself in its complex aroma that persists long in the mouth.
