Meme Chianti Riserva DOCG

Meme Chianti Riserva was created with the aim of presenting a wine that is an expression of the territory, harmonious and long-lived. The grapes are the expression of the best Sangiovese parcels in the reference year and come from the oldest vineyards of the company, grown organically with the principles of precision viticulture. The methods and duration of vinification and aging are decided and adapted according to the vintage with frequent tastings.

Purple-red wine, impenetrable thanks to the absence of filtration. The nose is complex with notes of sweet spices, cloves and licorice, medicinal herbs and dried flowers. With the evolution in the glass it is enriched with notes of dried red fruit and leather. In the mouth it has a fresh entrance with lively tannins and good harmony. The hot harvest gave great density and concentration with dry and well integrated tannins. A long-lived wine which promises good surprises.
