It belongs to the great Pinot family, and derives from a genetic mutation of Pinot Grigio, in turn a variant of Pinot Noir. It prefers a cool climate and good temperature ranges, and Pinot Blanc also finds optimal cultivation conditions in the Euganean Hills. This noble international grape is interpreted by the company with an elegant and characterful wine.
VIEW: straw yellow with golden reflections
NOSE: fine and delicate, immediate notes of sweet fruit, pear, peach and medlar. Followed by delicate floral aromas, acacia flowers and chamomile, and at the end a light note of toasted hazelnut
TASTE: rich and silky on the palate. Excellent freshness, slight mineral note and a return to the sweet floral, make the body harmonious. Persistent with a pleasant final appeal to toasted notes
